Plain words about what we collect on this pre-launch site and why. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
What we collect
When you register interest, we collect what you choose to give us: your email and/or mobile number, your name (optional), city, whether you want to post tasks or earn, your skills, your area or pincode, an approximate location (rounded to about 1 km, only if you press the button), and your answers to our feedback questions.
We also note the date and time and the page you signed up from. We don’t use advertising trackers.
Analytics
To count visits and see which pages help people, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Umami, which work without cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell visits apart. These tools see the pages you view, your rough location (country or city), your device and browser, and the site you came from. They never see what you type into the sign-up form. When you sign up, we tell them only that a sign-up happened and whether it was a job poster or a tasker.
Why we collect it
- To contact you when Taskly launches in your city.
- To link your early-access credit to you.
- To understand what people need, so we build the right thing.
Who we are
Taskly is made by Tecknova IT Solutions (Australia) in partnership with BlackForgeX Pvt Ltd. “We” on this page means the Taskly team at these two companies.
Who we share it with
No one. We don’t sell or rent your details. The form is delivered to the Taskly team’s email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and only the Taskly team reads it.
How long we keep it
Until launch, and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@taskly.be from the address you signed up with, or by writing from your mobile number. Every message we send will have a way to stop further messages.
Consent
We store your details only after you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent any time, as above. This policy is written to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
